Once an employer is registered as a company that has the right to issue invitations to foreign workers and employ them, he enters into the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Accreditation of the employer is always necessary. Without going through this procedure, the employer will not be able to issue a work invitation to a foreign worker.
